A dedicated game table gives everyone plenty of room for game nights, friendly competition, and time together.

Blue Villa offers three king-size sleeping spaces across three bedrooms. The main level includes a spacious king bedroom plus a unique bunk room featuring a king-over-king bunk bed with two king-size mattresses and a twin trundle. Downstairs, a private king bedroom, full bathroom, and direct backyard access offer extra separation and privacy.

Room-darkening shades help make sleeping in a little easier, while a dedicated workspace provides a comfortable spot for guests who need to fit in some work during their stay.

Thoughtful Comforts

Blue Villa pairs playful amenities with the little luxuries that make a stay feel special. Both bathrooms feature heated bidet toilet seats and towel warmers, while smart TVs and Alexa-enabled features add convenience throughout the home.

The fully stocked kitchen is ready for everything from morning coffee to dinner at home, with cookware, serving essentials, and children’s dinnerware for younger guests. A free in-unit washer and dryer makes longer stays, tournament weekends, and family trips easier.

Your Own Backyard Retreat

Step outside for a soak in the hot tub, fire up the BBQ, or gather around the gas fire pit with swing seating. The furnished deck gives you another place to relax outside, while the fenced backyard gives four-legged guests room to enjoy the trip too.
