The lower-level entertainment lounge is one of Blue Villa’s biggest guest favorites. Grab the microphones for karaoke night, settle into the sectional for a movie or gaming session, challenge your group on the Infinity Game Table loaded with hundreds of digital games, or break out the traditional board games and books.

A dedicated game table gives everyone plenty of room for game nights, friendly competition, family fun, and time together. Whether it’s a family sing-along, girls’ weekend karaoke battle, or an impromptu performance with friends, the karaoke setup gives your group one more reason to stay in and have fun together.

Room for Everyone

Blue Villa offers four king-size sleeping spaces across three bedrooms. The main level includes a spacious king bedroom plus a unique bunk room featuring a king-over-king bunk bed with two king-size mattresses and a twin trundle. Downstairs, a private king bedroom, full bathroom, and direct backyard access offer extra separation and privacy.

Room-darkening shades help make sleeping in a little easier, while a dedicated workspace provides a comfortable spot for guests who need to fit in some work during their stay.

Thoughtful Comforts

Blue Villa pairs playful amenities with the little luxuries that make a stay feel special. Both bathrooms feature heated bidet toilet seats and towel warmers, while smart TVs and Alexa-enabled features add convenience throughout the home.

The fully stocked kitchen is ready for everything from morning coffee to dinner at home, with cookware, serving essentials, and children’s dinnerware for younger guests. A free in-unit washer and dryer makes longer stays, tournament weekends, and family trips easier.

Your Own Backyard Retreat

Step outside for a soak in the hot tub, fire up the BBQ, or gather around the gas fire pit with swing seating. The furnished deck gives you another place to relax outside, while the fenced backyard gives four-legged guests room to enjoy the trip too.

The private hot tub is available for guests to enjoy throughout their stay, including during quiet hours. We simply ask that guests keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM to respect our neighbors. These quiet hours apply to all outdoor spaces, including the hot tub, fire pit, and backyard.

An on-site EV charger is also available for guests who need it.

Parking Made Easy

Free parking includes two driveway spaces, with additional street parking available.

To help us be considerate neighbors, please park any street-parked vehicles to the EAST of the bright blue line marked on the curb. This keeps the area in front of our neighbors’ driveway clear and gives them plenty of room to safely enter and exit with their larger vehicles and campers. We appreciate your help!
